Sore Breasts_ When Is It a Concern_

Sore Breasts: When Is It a Concern?

And we are back with another episode of Thursdays with Tang! This week, Dr Anthony Tang explains that having sore breasts (without any other signs such as redness or lumps) is a common condition which is not dangerous. Hormonal changes can cause painful, swollen or tender breasts at different times during your menstrual cycles and this does not require treatment as it is perfectly normal.

It may be useful to keep a record of breast changes prior to menstruating for a couple of months to see if there is a pattern to the changes. Remember, you should always see your doctor if you notice any abnormal changes in your breasts.
